Chef de Partie
The chef de partie will be responsible for overseeing of a designated section in the kitchen. The selected candidate is expected to maintain high quality food preparation, presentation and delivery.
The commis chef is expected to have an active role in supporting and operating the kitchen. The selected candidate is to maintain high standards and present quality food whilst abiding to the established hygiene practices.
The maintenance technician will be responsible for the upkeep of the day to day needs both from manual and technical aspect. The selected candidate will cater for ongoing breakages, services and refurbishments in the complex.
